Our flat-rate pricing is for individuals who like keep their window sparkling year round! Because frequent cleaning reduces the time involved, we can offer reduced pricing based on your home’s square footage. How often does service need to be performed to get these great rates? At least every six months.

*Please note: Our flat-rate window cleaning prices are based on a minimum recurring service of every six months. The flat-rate fees do not include French pane or storm windows. If you have several of these windows, we can schedule a visit to your home for a FREE, no hassle estimate. Addition fees may be added for the first clean, or for one-time service.

What’s Included in our flat-rate fees?

Your flat-rate fee includes our Basic Window Cleaning service:

Remove dust, dirt, cobwebs from window frame area
Scrub and clean window glass, and detail with a lint-free towel or spot free rinse
Brush & wipe down exposed window sills
Remove, brush, and reinstall window screens, wiping frames as necessary.

ADD-ON SERVICES:

Screen washing (deep clean)
Window Track cleaning (deep clean)
Paint / Silicone / Debris removal from glass
Hard Water Stain treatment (reduce or remove sprinkler stains)

Here are a few recommendations about residential window cleaning:

After watching our customers reactions for years, we recommend a full clean of the windows, inside and out, during your first service. In other words, we know that you will be much happier with the end result! Why can we say that? Because using our methods on both sides of the glass will ensure a perfectly clear result. After your first full clean, we suggest exterior window cleaning at least every six months, while performing an interior window cleaning annually.

While bi-annual window cleaning maintenance is a good place to start, further discounts are available for more frequent cleanings. For example, many of our customers enjoy greater discounts because their windows are cleaned quarterly, bi-monthly, or even monthly. Ask us for a custom quote to maintain windows that you would like to have cleaned more often. Maybe it’s the dirty windows in your main living space that bother you the most. Hence, you can request a custom quote to have those windows cleaned more often. Our customers love that option!

If you can swing it, quarterly service is in my opinion the best schedule for window cleaning. Sure, they will still get a little dirty in between services. However, just when you start to think ‘My windows are getting dirty”, your next service is just around the corner… bringing everything back to a glorious shine!

Of course, these are just our recommendations. We strive to suggest maintenance programs that add value to our customers.

WE WON’T USE ANY CHEMICALS THAT WOULD HARM YOUR HOME OR YOUR FAMILY

During our cleaning process, we don’t use any harsh chemicals, because mild detergent and water are usually all that is needed to clean your windows, and if necessary, we can cater to any client that may struggle with allergies to certain products. Further, we never use ammonia as a cleaning solution since it is caustic and can damage windows that have tinting film applied.

Please keep in mind that window cleaning occasionally reveals imperfections in your windows that existed before we arrived on the job. For instance, sometimes moisture or fog may accumulate in thermal windows that have failed (sometimes referred as windows that have a broken seal). However, we cannot clean in between the panes of a thermal windows. Only glass or window replacement will fix this issue. We also cannot be responsible for scratches or imperfections that were caused by other contractors, such as painters or masons or others window cleaners, who have failed to protect your glass properly, or have used cleaning methods that are not to the industry standard.

At All Star Window Cleaning, we train our window cleaning technicians to use proper procedures and techniques that will ensure your windows will not be damaged in any way during your cleaning appointment. In that regard, we appreciate homeowners who recognize that when we show up to a house to perform our work that we were likely not the first ones to touch the glass. However, if any issue arises due to the negligence of our work, you can rest assured we will be forthcoming with you, the homeowner, and will work to resolve the issue promptly and at our expense.
